One platform, 4 payload classes

The GTX Series is built for high-capacity industrial material handling across manufacturing plants and warehouses. Designed for precision, stability and adaptability, GTX robots optimise warehouse execution and in-plant logistics. With four payload configurations on one platform, GTX delivers scalable automation for demanding industrial workflows.

  • Four payload classes: 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 kg on one platform
  • Multi-LiDAR and depth-camera perception, configurable per application
  • Low 329 mm deck height for conveyors and pallet interfaces
  • Zero-radius in-place rotation; 1,100 mm minimum aisle

Frequently asked questions

Which models are in the GTX Series?

The GTX Series has 4 models: GTX-500 (500 kg), GTX-1000 (1,000 kg), GTX-1500 (1,500 kg), GTX-2000 (2,000 kg). They share the same platform, software and accessories, so a mixed fleet is managed as one.

How do I choose between GTX-500, GTX-1000, GTX-1500, GTX-2000?

Choose by your heaviest regular load, including the top module and container. If loads vary, size for the heaviest frequent move. The fleet calculator recommends a model and fleet size from your payload, distance and trips per hour.

How fast are GTX Series robots and how long do they run?

GTX-500: 1.2 m/s, 8 h runtime, 4 h charge; GTX-1000: 1.2 m/s, 8 h runtime, 4 h charge; GTX-1500: 1.2 m/s, 8 h runtime, 4 h charge; GTX-2000: 1.2 m/s, 8 h runtime, 4 h charge. Actual figures depend on payload, floor conditions and duty cycle.

Does the GTX Series need tape, magnets or QR codes on the floor?

No. The GTX Series navigates autonomously with SLAM and visual localisation, using the building’s existing features. A guided mode that follows magnetic strip or QR codes is also available where a fixed path is preferred.

Can the GTX Series work with our ERP, MES or WMS?

Yes. GT Studio, GOAT’s fleet management platform, integrates with ERP, MES, WMS and PLCs through APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols, and supports VDA 5050 v2.0, v2.1 and v3.0 for mixed fleets.
