Rack and cart transport with latent lifting
Robots that drive under your existing racks and carts, lift them and deliver — no coupling, no forklift.
The problem
Racks and heavy carts are pushed by hand or moved by forklift. Both are slow, tiring and risky with heavy loads.
How it works
- 1
Drive under
GT-L’s low-profile chassis drives under a compatible rack, cart or load carrier.
- 2
Lift
The electric lift raises the load 60 mm (GT-L 2000: 100 mm) clear of the floor. The shelf can rotate independently of the chassis.
- 3
Deliver
The robot carries it to production, storage or staging and lowers it in place.
What changes on your floor
- Uses your existing racks and carts with a compatible interface
- Payloads from 600 kg to 2,000 kg
- No manual coupling
- Flexible routes between production, storage and staging
Robots for rack & cart transport
Latent lifting
GT-L 600
600 kg
A compact latent lifter for high-density intralogistics: 600 kg on a 940 × 650 mm chassis, with a sub-1-metre turning diameter for tight aisles and dense production layouts.
GT-L 600 detailsLatent lifting
GT-L 1000
1,000 kg
A mid-duty latent lifter built for continuous operation: 1,000 kg shelves, racks and carts, with manual battery swap so multi-shift lines never wait on charging.
GT-L 1000 detailsLatent lifting
GT-L 2000
2,000 kg
The flagship latent lifter: a reinforced platform rated to 2,000 kg for heavy racks, fixtures and large-format loads, with a tuned speed profile and redundant emergency stops.

Frequently asked questions
Do our racks need to be modified?
Racks and carts need clearance for the robot to drive under — the GT-L 600 and GT-L 1000 are 250 mm high, the GT-L 2000 is 325 mm — and a compatible top interface. GOAT engineers assess your carriers during the site study.
