AMR fleet management and orchestration

One command centre for every robot

Deploying robots is easy. Managing them at scale is not. GT Studio turns standalone AMRs — ours and other vendors’ — into one coordinated system, with doors, lifts, PLCs and your IT systems in the same flow.

Core platform capabilities

Every robot, live
A live dashboard and fleet view: status, task, battery and health for every robot, on every site.
Auto-discover and configure
New robots on the network are discovered and configured from the browser, by site and fleet.
Maps, lanes and rules
A map library and editor: draw lanes, zones and docking points, and set lane rules without stopping production.
Live on the map, with remote pilot
Watch robots move on the site map and take manual control remotely when something needs a human.
Intelligent task orchestration
Assign, prioritise and balance tasks across the fleet, and dispatch from anywhere — a screen, an API, a schedule, a call button or a bin-level sensor.
Every run, traced
Each mission keeps its history, so you can see what happened, when and why.
Security and access control
Role-based access, audit logs and secure authentication for enterprise-grade control and compliance.
Sites and fleets
Run several sites and fleets from one command centre, each with its own maps, robots and rules.

Drag. Drop. Deploy.

No-code state machines put robots, PLCs and IT systems in one flow — so a robot can open a door, wait for a conveyor and tell your WMS it’s done, without custom code.

GT Studio state machine: start, go to place, write coil, delay, publish, POST and end, with retry or raise alarm on failure
TriggerStart
A button press, a bin level, a schedule or an API call.
NavigateGo to place
Send a robot to a station or zone.
DeviceWrite coil
Set a PLC output — open a door, start a conveyor.
WaitDelay
Pause for a fixed time or a condition.
MessagePublish
Publish an event for other systems.
RequestPOST
Call your ERP, WMS or MES over HTTP.
DoneEnd
Report the result; on failure, raise an alarm or retry.

Mixed fleets. One brain.

GT Studio supports VDA 5050 v2.0, v2.1 and v3.0 — the open interface between mobile robots and master control. Run GOAT robots alongside other vendors’ fleets under one coordinated system.

GT Studio at the centre of a mixed fleet: AMR, forklift AGV, tugger, pallet mover, latent AMR, cart AMR, forklift and sorter from different vendors

Works inside your systems

APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols connect GT Studio to the systems and devices your plant already runs.

  • ERP systems
  • MES
  • Warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • PLCs, sensors and field devices
  • Lifts, shutters and doors
  • Wireless call buttons and bin sensors
  • Orchestrix request workflows
  • Custom enterprise applications

From individual robots to a scalable automation system

A single robot can run on its own. Ten robots sharing aisles, chargers and tasks need coordination: who goes first at an intersection, which robot takes the next job, when each one charges. GT Studio makes those decisions so your team doesn’t have to.

Frequently asked questions

Does GT Studio support VDA 5050?

Yes. GT Studio supports VDA 5050 versions 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0 — order, state, instant actions, visualisation and factsheet messages over MQTT — so GOAT robots can run alongside other vendors’ robots under one master control.

Can we build workflows without code?

Yes. State machines are built by drag and drop: triggers, navigation, PLC writes, delays, publish and HTTP steps, with failure handling such as raising an alarm or retrying. Robots, PLCs and IT systems run in one flow.

How does GT Studio connect to our ERP, MES or WMS?

Through APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols. Production or inventory events create robot tasks automatically, and task status flows back to your systems. Orchestrix adds material requests, approvals and an audit trail on top.

Can we change maps and routes without stopping production?

Yes. Maps, lanes, zones and docking points are edited in GT Studio without disrupting live operations.

Who can access GT Studio?

Access is role-based, with audit logs and secure authentication, so operators, supervisors and administrators each see and control only what they need.
