GT-L is GOAT Robotics’ range of latent-lift AMRs for rack and shelf automation. The robot drives beneath a shelf, rack or cart, lifts it electrically and delivers it to its destination — under the same navigation and fleet-management stack that runs the rest of your GOAT fleet. Three payload classes cover compact shelf and tote moves (GT-L 600), the one-tonne middle ground (GT-L 1000) and heavy racks and fixtures (GT-L 2000).
Payloads of 600, 1,000 and 2,000 kg
Hybrid DM code + laser SLAM: ±10 mm and ±1° stops
Electric lift with independent shelf rotation
Autonomous return-to-charge and resume-to-work
GT-L Series models
GT-L 600
A compact latent lifter for high-density intralogistics: 600 kg on a 940 × 650 mm chassis, with a sub-1-metre turning diameter for tight aisles and dense production layouts.
A mid-duty latent lifter built for continuous operation: 1,000 kg shelves, racks and carts, with manual battery swap so multi-shift lines never wait on charging.
The flagship latent lifter: a reinforced platform rated to 2,000 kg for heavy racks, fixtures and large-format loads, with a tuned speed profile and redundant emergency stops.
The GT-L Series has 3 models: GT-L 600 (600 kg), GT-L 1000 (1,000 kg), GT-L 2000 (2,000 kg). They share the same platform, software and accessories, so a mixed fleet is managed as one.
How do I choose between GT-L 600, GT-L 1000, GT-L 2000?
Choose by your heaviest regular load, including the top module and container. If loads vary, size for the heaviest frequent move. The fleet calculator recommends a model and fleet size from your payload, distance and trips per hour.
How fast are GT-L Series robots and how long do they run?
GT-L 600: 2 m/s (unloaded), > 8 h runtime, 2.5 h charge; GT-L 1000: 2 m/s (unloaded), > 8 h runtime, 2.2 h charge; GT-L 2000: 1 m/s (unloaded), > 8 h runtime, 2.2 h charge. Actual figures depend on payload, floor conditions and duty cycle.
How does the GT-L Series navigate?
The GT-L Series uses hybrid navigation: DM code guidance fused with laser SLAM. The codes give precise, repeatable stops (±10 mm and ±1°) where the robot lifts and sets down loads, and laser SLAM lets it adapt quickly to layout changes without heavy fixed infrastructure.
Can the GT-L Series work with our ERP, MES or WMS?
Yes. GT Studio, GOAT’s fleet management platform, integrates with ERP, MES, WMS and PLCs through APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols, and supports VDA 5050 v2.0, v2.1 and v3.0 for mixed fleets.
