How GOAT Robotics approaches product safety, security, privacy, open standards and accessibility — and who to contact about each.
Product safety
- GT Series and GTX Series robots are ISO 3691-4 compliant (driverless industrial trucks).
- Every robot has laser-scanner, depth-camera and ultrasonic obstacle detection, a bumper sensor and emergency-stop buttons.
- Safety-rated configurations are available as separate variants — ask our engineers for the documentation your site requires.
- Robots operate in pause-and-resume or avoidance mode around people, with controlled acceleration and braking.
Security
- Coordinated vulnerability disclosure for robots, GT Studio and our websites, with a 3-business-day acknowledgement target.
- Machine-readable contact at /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116).
- GT Studio enforces role-based access, audit logs and secure authentication.
- This website is statically served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy and no third-party scripts before consent.
Privacy
- Designed for India’s DPDP Act, 2023 and the EU GDPR.
- Opt-in consent for analytics and marketing, with “Reject all” as easy as “Accept all”.
- Enquiry forms work without accepting any cookies, and we don’t add you to mailing lists.
- A Grievance Officer handles privacy requests and complaints.
Open standards
- GT Studio supports VDA 5050 v2.0, v2.1 and v3.0 for mixed-vendor fleets.
- Integration with ERP, MES, WMS and PLCs through APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols.
Accessibility
- This website targets WCAG 2.2 level AA without overlays.
- Specifications are published as accessible HTML, with documents in other formats on request.
