Why GT-250
- More payload, same agility
- GT-250 delivers 2.5× the payload of GT-100 while keeping a compact footprint — ideal for factories that outgrow light AMRs but don’t need heavy-duty platforms.
- Designed for continuous operations
- Built for repetitive, high-cycle intralogistics tasks, GT-250 ensures consistent throughput with minimal human intervention.
- No floor modifications
- SLAM-based navigation enables deployment without tapes, markers or floor modifications — keeping commissioning fast and layouts flexible.
- Safe for shared workspaces
- Advanced obstacle detection and controlled motion make GT-250 suitable for human-robot collaborative environments.

Frequently asked questions
What payload can the GT-250 carry?
The GT-250 is rated for 250 kg. Other GT Series models cover 100–400 kg.
How fast is the GT-250 and how long does it run?
Maximum speed is 1.2 m/s, with about 8 hours of runtime per charge and a 4-hour charge. Actual figures depend on payload, floor conditions and duty cycle. Autonomous docking lets the robot charge itself between tasks.
Does the GT-250 need tape, magnets or QR codes on the floor?
No. The GT-250 navigates autonomously with SLAM and visual localisation, using the building’s existing features. A guided mode that follows magnetic strip or QR codes is also available where a fixed path is preferred.
What aisle width does the GT-250 need?
The minimum aisle width is 950 mm. Zero-radius in-place rotation. The robot measures 845 × 625 × 300 mm.
Can the GT-250 work with our ERP, MES or WMS?
Yes. GT Studio, GOAT’s fleet management platform, integrates with ERP, MES, WMS and PLCs through APIs, webhooks and industrial protocols, and supports VDA 5050 v2.0, v2.1 and v3.0 for mixed fleets.
What is the GT-250 used for?
Typical applications: assembly line feeding; warehouse bin movement; WIP (work-in-progress) transport; FMCG and electronics manufacturing. It is a intralogistics carrier robot designed and manufactured by GOAT Robotics in India.
